Dear PLAY community, I understand a lot of you want the PLAY Area up as soon as possible, we also want the game back live as soon as possible, but changes are needed. The team is working around the clock, from development, to economics, to marketing. The estimated timeframe 4 days ago was 7-14 days. This timeframe remains. If we have any updates to it we will share them. Please do not ask for it to go live early, when its ready it will be live. Any aging or season pass time will be reset / extended do not worry. Original Announcement: We have decided to pause the PLAY game. We have done this because we need some time to implement necessary changes, it has also been a highly requested action by the community. Please remember, the PLAY area was always listed as a Beta. Today we posted a community proposal, it has been received with mixed opinions. Mostly a divide between the XCAD and PLAY community. One wants sustainability, one wants quick yield and if it doesn’t sustain, they don’t care. The team has spent significant resources on PLAY and has not made a single penny or sold any fees. New members are joining and they are being greeted with toxicity. It's clear to us based on community feedback that we need to step in and make changes to the PLAY ecosystem ourselves. We have a plan internally and we will focus on sustainability. The goal of the PLAY area was to be a higher yield area than the fan token area and it still is. Some people's expectations are unrealistic however. The team never mentioned a set reward value on PLAY. XCAD's main focus was and always will be the fan token system. Over 10% of the XCAD circulating supply has been taken off the market thanks to the PLAY area. XCAD Fan tokens v2 products will be coming out this week. PLAY will resume with an ecosystem the team & community is happy with in an estimated 7-14 days. XCAD token is and always will be the main focus. PLAY was an addition to our ecosystem, it was never the Main focus however we see it has huge potential, and it's still only the start. We have a solid user base and community, and on the upside, the potential user target opportunity is still huge when you look at other 2Earn projects.
